海关数据是指海关总署履行出口贸易统计职能中产生的各项出口统计数据，是指从中国海关出口的统计数据。主要应用于了解行业出口变化，把握国内竞争对手出口发展状况。与海关出口数据类似的数据有：海外进口国进口数据，其是指进口国海关统计的各项进口数据，多用于分析当地国家的主要竞争对手，以及主要的进口商以及产品原产国。海关数据按照产品，编码区分，按月更新，很多大的企业都会研究出口数据，以便掌握行业和竞争对手的情况。
本次数据涵盖了中国海关企业数据库2000年-2016年数据，格式为dta，指标齐全。包含海关企业产品名称、所在地、原产国/起运国、海关、贸易方式、运输方式、途经国、进口或出口等，指标可直接使用。
基本上每年数据都是上千万条记录（观察值），甚至超过2000多万，数据量丰富。
