觉得论坛里面讨论corporate governance的同志很少……发一个这样的帖子，一来希望能认识下类似方向的朋友，二来也和大家交流一下这方面的研究经验，三来也希望直到一个抛砖引玉的作用。

以上这些是最近看的一些论文，基本上包括了corporate governance的各种基本模型，企业家模型、分散持股、大股东都包含在内。当然，这些文献只是冰山一角，希望大家积极补充，为论坛里面corporate governance的同学做下贡献。附件是上面所有文献的pdf。

怎么还没审核通过啊？

怎么改成corporate governance还是通不过啊……到底是哪个词敏感了嘛

作这个方向,不懂law，是做不好的。

没人？看来论坛里面还是做经济的多啊

做中国的公司治理，不懂中国的制度环境是做不好的

有道理，制度环境的话，还是要看做具体哪个方向。在做的时候看哪个方向的文献，里面一般都会讲。

不错，支持下。基础文献一定要读的。
