This new regulation seems so human-oriented and it's also a progress in our country's welfare system. From the economic view, regrettably,we can anticipate that female employees will be hired less than male for the low efficiency. Maybe someone will think it's not fair, but in my opinion, it is not so bad.
Today I have a discussion with my classmate. He told me that in Finland, half of the board of the directors should be woman, though it seems so fair, compared with those abroad, the efficiency of those companies are not so good.
I don't mean that female is not good than male, in fact, a lot of women can perform better than men as a CEO. All I want to say is our society give different character for men and women. We always stress the equality between men and women. But, if we put too much energy in the economic value of the women, it will lead to a wrong way. The value of women shows on other aspect in our society, and it is apparently irreplaceable.
