Barclays and Credit Suisse were downgraded to A from AA-, while BNP Paribas (BNP) and Deutsche Bank fell to A+ from AA-. Morgan Stanley’s long-term issuer default rating was affirmed at A. ”
下调的都是长期债务违约评级，高盛和花旗从A+降到A，巴克莱从AA-降到A，法国巴黎银行和德意志银行从AA-降到A+（比巴克莱好一点）。
