需要处理一些数据，这些英文表达的处理方式不是很懂，有知道的告知下，有可能列个公式
比较两国的通货膨胀  calculated as log difference of monthly CPI,averaged. Five year moving average is centered.
比较两国的汇率   calculated as the standard deviation of the log first difference of the SDR exchange rate.
                            或者  12-month moving std. deviation of year -on -year growth rates

我有月数据，对于后面的处理方式不知道，请高人指教

意思是：计算公式为，对月份CPI的对数差分取平均值。以五年移动平均线为中心。
calculated as the standard deviation of the log first difference of the SDR exchange rate.
意思是：计算公式为 SDR汇率取对数差分后的标准差。或者用12个月的年同比增长率的标准差。

大概是这么一个意思吧。。。

我4月份的数据a4=(loga4 - loga3)/2 吗？什么叫以五年移动平均线为中心
同样，e1 e2 e3 e4
e3=stdev(loge3-loge2)   吗
希望有个具体的操作而不是字面上的翻译。
