SAS base报名求教

本人打算3月份，在北京考sas base考试。
我是学生，要申请半价，一般是让我发邮件到certification@sas.com，
可是这应该要写英语吧，我不知道怎么写好，谁报过了能发一下样板吗?
再就是证明问题，我现在是把学生证照成照片（我没有扫描仪）放在附件里，这样可以吗？
也有人说可以发到中国的市场部sherry.zhang at sas点com
，我昨天发了，还没有回复，不知道可以吗？
另外，可以直接联系考点报名交钱，并且能够享受半价优惠吗？推荐个北京的考点吧，我今天联系了一个考点，貌似那个接电话的不太懂。。。

我发英文和学生证也有回复，先是要我发课表，发过去了，又说什么Thank you for your request.   We are unable to process your request as this discount is US based and we do not have a translation team for academic discounts.     If you are requesting an Academic Discount voucher for an exam, you will need to provide additional proof.    As discounts are provided to US candidates and referred to other countries if outside of the US, in order to provide a discount, you will need to provide proof in English in one of the following format, which on is the most commonly submitted documents by non-US residents:



·        A current letter from a Professor and/or Human Resources on institution letterhead stating your student status and/or employment.
