一个关于金融工程的问题

Ask your friends who got MSc in Financial engineering/Math abroad what are they doing now!

You will have rough idea whether you will get handsome job after you complete your MSc/PhD in Financial Math.

Remember, there are only very few Qunats (PhD degree) in CitiBank Asia. And it's enough to cover the whole business here. They are back up by US Quant team for sure. However even in other IB, the number of Qunat is very few compared with sales/traders...

The point is: if you wanna change track, fin eng/math is a good option. Go for PhD first then to be a qunat , think twice.

MSc should be enough. And no very deep math required !!
