在这两篇文章中，林晨都采用行业/地区平均值作为某一个公司对应变量的IV进行内生性检验的，控制变量中也有部分需要进行行业/地区平均值的处理

中文资料，可以查看李春涛和宋敏(2009)发表在《经济研究》上的文章，他们也是模仿林晨的做法

虽然学术路上， 自己是个小兵，但是老早就想 归类整理 内生性问题了呢。。。大谢楼主拉。。。

呵呵，还有一篇林晨的，也是JFE的，Lin, C., et al., Ownership structure and the cost of corporate borrowing. Journal of Financial Economics, 2011. 100(1): p. 1-23.
但是貌似这种方法实施起来并不很如意，往往在第一阶段回归时，工具变量的符号和预期符号经常相反，不知道是什么原因。因为我们在文章中并不能看到第一阶段的回归，所以不知道这几篇文章中所选取的工具变量是否合适。
