The 11th edition 2nd printing has almost 100 pages more than the 11th ed, 1st printing. The most important changes are: .        The practice exams contain 70 new questions on new material, so that the distribution of topics on these exams is similar to the Spring 2012 exam. The questions removed from the practice exams were placed at the end of each major topic (survival distributions, insurance, annuities, etc.) as review questions.
.        The lesson on Universal Life was significantly expanded, and coverage of the other new material was improved.
.        Before each lesson , guidance is provided as to whether the material is very important, important (very typical for old material that is still on the syllabus but not given as much weight as it was before 2012), or unlikely to be tested.
.        Solutions to the Spring 2012 MLC exam were added.
.        Solutions to relevant questions from the Spring 2012 3L exam were added.
