First, I understand that you deleted some of comments in my previous "Follow Me" threads, because they were not related to the main threads. However, if someone asked me questions unrelated to the main topics, could I answer those questions in English?

In addition, according to the topic you posted here, I think we should focus on spending money in necessity goods, such as food instead of durable goods and luxuries. Moreover, the stock market has been sucked for a long time, so we should not waste our money in the stock market. In short, we need to be rational consumers and consume whatever we need instead want due to our limited income and rapid increasing prices of various goods, especially food.

I think, some reason made food price increased obviously:
1. Inflation, which is the main reason;
2 .Income level rises, with animal price level;
3 .The improvement of people's living standard, the article is relatively improved, the bad products were eliminated, leaving a good product, price natural high.

Inflation should be the main reason. There isn't much that we can do about the inflation. However, I think what we should do is to work even harder and make more money. It will help a lot when it comes with rain days.
