u should read some latest papers or classical books about finance

First, U can read Zvi Bodie's The Economics of Finance and Fredcric S.Mishkin's  The Economics of Money, Banking and Financial Markets. The former one tells you sth. about Microfinance and the latter tell you about the Macro.
