总之，企业凝聚力是企业的生命力和企业活力的重要标志，是实现企业管理现代化的需要，它能够调动广大员工的积极性、主动性和创造性，推进企业管理，能加快企业发展，壮大企业实力，使企业在市场竞争中立于不败之地。

求人翻译本就是一件不甚光彩的事情，但赠于论坛币却是没有什么别的意义的，只是表达感谢而已。承蒙版主的帮助了，不知道版主还要不要我这300虚币啊？楼上的那位倘使真的愁着钱花不了，倒是可以帮衬一些需要资料却又没有时间发帖的同学们，总比在这里叫嚣着钱没有地方花要实际有用的多！
