刚刚考完adv，共65题，要pass,最少做对43也就是对65%， 偶很遗憾，只做对42，没有pass，下月再战，在这里告诉大家一些背景和心得，我是在北美学经济的，没有任何计算机背景，开始考base的时候，复习了一个月，做了某人的真题，发觉考base 和做的真题有50%是重复的，结果很顺利的高分过了base, 准备adv的时候，上来看另外一位神童的心得，他说自己准备base一个月，adv 才两个星期就拿了80%，偶以为adv比base 更加简单，结果就没有对待base 那时候认真，我也以为adv会像base 那样，和模拟认证题高度重复，结果就认真看了自己找回来的没有重复的80题真题认证，考的时候，才发觉最多只有4题完全一样，其他可能有一小部分题目一样，但是问的方式完全不同，还有的就是，本人只准备了sql和macro,没有看什么efficiency,因为觉得看好前两部分就可以了，反正题目和认证的一样，结果就中招了。出来的结果sql和macro 还可以，那个program technique只有40%，所以劝大家，好好看program technique,结果中没有显示efficiency,所以我不清楚effiency和这个program technique 是否一样，但是接下来这个月我会好好看。 给大家一些今天记得的题目，我是在北美考的，不知道国内是否一样。<br>详细的记不清楚了，这里给个大概的：<br>1。 nvar是用来干啥的<br>2。 nobs有啥用<br>3。 mprint ,ceil,floor, eval, syseval,mlogic,array(这个不同与base的 array),syscc,syserr,,sysgetm,sysputn,请给了解作用。<br>4，sql有关合并的，出了大概5提。<br>5。macao中的，local var,和global var的问题。<br>6，index和view 的用法<br>7.  怎样用sql修改表格，除行，列，加行列。<br>由于没有复习promgarm technique,所以这方面的问题记不住，这方面大概有15-18题偶是完全不懂的，所以只蒙对了40%,也就是fail的原因。<br>希望大家好好准备，祝大家成功<br>

Advanced Programming Techniques

• Demonstrate advanced data set processing techniques such as updating master data sets, transposing data, combining/merging data, sampling data, using generation data sets, integrity constraints and audit trails
• Reduce the space required to store SAS data sets and numeric variables within SAS data sets by using compression techniques, length statements or DATA step views
• Develop efficient programs by using advanced programming techniques such as permanent formats and array processing
• Use SAS System options and SAS data set options for controlling memory usage
• Control the processing of variables and observations in the DATA step
• Create sorted or indexed data in order to avoid unnecessary sorts, eliminate duplicate data and to provide more efficient data access and retrieval
• Use PROC DATASETS to demonstrate advanced programming skills (e.g. renaming columns, displaying metadata, creating indexes, creating integrity constraints, creating audit trails)
