是啊，聂老师说得对。

不好意思，手头缺钱，拿出来换点钱花。大家不愿意付钱的话，可以到这些作者的个人主页上去下载，绝大多数都可以找到，只有个别的可能需要通过其他途径找。基本可以保证这些文章是最新修改的，所以如果这两卷手册如North-Holland所说的在今年9月正式出版，那这些文章就是最后的版本了。

第12章三位作者合作的关于公司治理的文章目前能找到的只有一篇Corporate Governance and Control，2003年发表于Handbook of the Economics of Finance的第一卷，2005年对其中的第8节作出了重大修改，这篇修改稿有可能是第12章，现附于后面，供大家参考。这是一篇非常好的关于公司治理的综述。
