Peter Drucker said "Management is doing things right,leadership is doing the right things",and one must have the ability to "do the first things first",but it is still difficult for me to understand what is" the most important".

做对与否，难把握这个界限，有的时候你认为你对了，但是你的手下以及等待你做决定的人，也许不这么觉得，我很厌倦别人等待我的决定，不过想想，这样也许真的是一种幸福..........As a leadership ,there are too much decisions  to  make !
