Location: Beijing

Responsibilities

·   Develop business analysis and reportingthat provide a platform for decision making on a variety of business issues

·   Monitor key metrics such as eCPM, eCPC,revenue trends and explain the impact

·   Ad Hoc analysis to support sales andaccount management

·   Prepare weekly and monthly internalreport

·   Study competitor products and providefeedback on our product/algorithm, think about how to beat competitors

·   Manage A/B tests on potential productchanges

·   Work with customers to debug productintegration issues and provide insights on where to and how to show theadvertisements

DesiredSkills & Experience

·   BA/BS in Engineering, Mathematics,Statistics, Economics or other quantitative fields

·   Distinctive, strong research, problemsolving, and analytical skills, combined with strong business acumen

·   Proven ability to share creativeinsights that drive value

·   Genuine excitement for analyzing largeand complex data sets and converting them into the information which drivesbusiness decisions

·   Strong statistics, databasedevelopment, and query knowledge including proficiency in SQL coding

·   Should consistently deliver qualityoutputs in a high paced and dynamic environment of startup, with an ability towork to tight deadlines

·   Understanding of mobile ad servingtechnologies, targeting, and optimization a plus

·   Strong interpersonal and communicationskills

·   Highly self motivated with go-getterand can-do attitude, friendly, roll-your-sleeves-up individual who thrives in asmaller team/startup/entrepreneurial environment, where priorities (andsometimes tasks and responsibilities) are continuously shifting

Aarki坚信数据决定一切。你将负责对Aarki中国的业务和产品决策提供数据支持。作为商业智能分析师，你商业嗅觉敏锐，技术娴熟，能为我们提供收益优化和竞品分析。你将与我们高效的广告和销售团队合作，了解业务需求，为你的内部客户开发商业智能方案。

工作职责
•        制定业务分析及报告，为各项业务决策提供数据支持和平台
•        监控包括eCPM和eCPC在内的各项指标和收入曲线并分析说明其相关影响
•        辅助销售及客户管理团队，执行特设分析
•        制定内部周报及月报
•        分析竞争产品，并相比我们的产品/方法就如何超越竞品给出反馈建议
•        管理针对产品变化选项的A/B测试
•        与客户协商，就在何时如何展示广告提供建议，实现产品的完美植入

技能及经验要求
•        工程学，数学，统计学，经济学或其他相关学科本科以上学历
•        调研，分析和解决问题的能力以及敏锐的商业嗅觉
•        分享有效创意建议的能力
•        热衷于分析大量复杂的数据并乐于把数据结果转换为支持业务决策的信息
•        包括SQL编码在内的统计，资料库建设和查询知识功底
•        在创业公司高速运转的动态工作环境中持续高产并在有限时间内完成任务的能力
•        了解手机广告服务技术，市场和优化者优先
•        人际沟通能力
•        积极主动，友好，亲力亲为，适应小团队/创业公司(任务和职责)持续变换的环境

这个职位对英语水平还挺高的。。北京公司的负责人不是中文native speaker。美国总部就我朋友一个说中文。
