公司金融、公司理财、财务管理的区别是什么？能否帮我解答下。

如果是指 CORPORATE FINANCE 的话，区别不大。

对公司而言，金融就是理财和管理。

附：国内的公司理财很弱的，国内的银行也如此。

既然对公司而言,金融就是理财和管理,那么公司金融就和企业管理、会计差不多了啊，但和三者并不能纳入同一个专业啊。区别在那里呢？

问题在中国，我们以前没有CFO，只有总会计师。

而且，直到目前为止，企业可做的“金融”的事情也不多。

其和会计的区别是,finance 注重的是为了挣钱未来的钱如何花钱,

而会计学是看看赚现在的钱,是如何化钱的

一个面向过去,一个面向未来

公司财务学,相对个与个人理财,其基础是如何使企业价值的最大化

这中间最重要的就是货币的时间价值

通过比较不同的方案,是未来的钱,在现在看来最大化,就是现值最大化

这中间作为一个财务经理,就要考虑如何融资,如何花钱(项目预算),如何分配赚来的钱,而所有的决策的基础就是公司价值最大化

为了把未来的钱转换为现在的钱,就要考虑钱何时来,多少,风险有多大,就可以得出折现率.

总之,公司理财的问题很大一部分就是在考虑的是通过协调平衡各种方案,有些可定量,有些可以做到定性.

中国的公司不可以说没有考虑到如何理财的问题,但是在为谁理财上与国外有很大的区别,这样在不同的利益主体角度考虑,可能是不合理的,这个问题就是如何通过完善公司治理结构的完善来协调的问题.

The meaning of the term "finance" here is the mangement of money. I think Corporate finance is similar as Financial management. The topics they talk about is same, how to manage the money, value and capital bugeting, risk, capital structure, long/short term financing etc.

For accounting, it records the data, such as sales, profit, assets, capital, liabilities etc in format. You can get these data from profit & loss a/c, balance sheet.

For economics, we can know it from its definition. It is a study regarding how to get the highest wealth by using the limit resources. Making decision in the economic environment, such as price determination, profit determination etc.

Therefor, finance is between accounting and economics. Using accounting data to make decision.

Finance management is ability to manage the companies' asset and capital to the optimum level which could bring positive impact to the companies' profit as well as to the shareholders' wealth.

The main objective of firms is maxmising shareholders' wealth, that's the big difference from that in China (I think it's just in theory, every knows the reason).

我们现在学的公司理财又叫财务管理

貌似两个差不多

财务管理范围更大些,而公司理财只是公司的财务管理

同意，会计我们不必太精通，但公司理财或财务管理我们可得熟练掌握啊
