Human Resources Internship
Duration:
6 Months or above, could work at least 3 full working days per week
Location: Beijing
Responsibility:
- Manage personal files, and assist in check-in&check-out formalities.
- Handle employees' monthly social insurance.
- Keep contact with vendors for HR professional service(e.g. headhunt companies, background check and etc.
- Assist recruitment activities,including resumes screening and telephone interviews.
- Fulfill other HR assistance job as per business needs
Skills and Knowledge Required:
- Undergraduate or postgraduate students graduating in 2014 or 2015, preferably with a major related to Human Resources Management or Business Administration.
- Possess knowledge of Human Resources policies and regulations.
- Good interpersonal skills, be mature and can work independently.
- Strong self-motivated and team emotion.
- Good command of English and computer, familiar with MS office software application.
