The Role:

The Benefits Analyst positions offer great opportunity for professional development and competency growth. You will work beside some of the industry’s top consultants while you develop cutting edge technical knowledge and skills.  

The Requirements:

n  Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, HR, Management or Business related fields

n  Previous working (1-2 years) or long-term internship experiences STRONGLY preferred

n  Strong analytical skills, problem solving skills, customer focus, attention to details and sensitive to numbers

n  Able to work independently and contribute effectively as a team-player

n  Strong analytical skills and attention to details

n  Demonstrate commitment to being creative, innovative, flexible and adaptable, focusing on quality solutions, continually improving and being a winner

n  Committed to long-term development with flexibility to handle multiple tasks and tight timelines

n  Strong computer and desktop research skills using business related applications, e.g. MS-Office (Word, Excel, Access PowerPoint), etc

n  Outstanding oral and written communication skills

n  Outstanding bilingual capabilities in Chinese and English

tw有做pension的所以需要actuary

他高端洋气到能解决户口工资还高，当然不需要怎么介绍了。。
实习期间无非过去做做ppt，打打杂，转正了做项目呗，跟养老金有关的，有啥做啥，估计也就这么一个部门做养老金的活了

噢~我看纽约他们两层楼一层做US的，一层做Global的~这边大多公司都401k了~只有一些大公司和福利比较好的公司还有pension~~还有很多一些做的就是做structured finance帮pension valuation然后证券化打包卖到擦pital market上去~在美国是萎缩的节奏阿~ 不知道中国做pension精算需求大不

额，我本来是想帮忙引起点话题顶一下的，但是看到这个不得不说了
我记得他们08年帮若干人中的一个人解决了户口，之后4年没搞定一个户口，13年怎么样不知道，但似乎也没有搞定吧
当然，洋气高端还是不错的

看来你是从这里出来的了..据说今年有解决户口的..我还以为年年都有呢..

实习生要什么户口…………
