各位大大，刚看到这题不是很理解，求指导！
The following SAS program is submitted:
footnote 1 ‘Sales Report for Last Month’;
footnote2 ‘Selected Products Only’;
footnote3 ‘All Regions’;
footnote4 ‘All Figures in Thousands of Dollars’;
proc print data = sasuser.shoes;
footnote2 ‘All Products’;
run;
Which footnote(s) is/are displayed in the report?
A. All Products
B. Sales Report for Last Month All Products
C. All Products All Regions All Figures in Thousands of Dollars
D. Sales Report for Last Month All Products All Regions All Figures in Thousands of Dollars
Answer: B
为什么只显示第一个和第二个脚注，不明白
还有在Prep Guide里面关于Specifying Footnotes里面说道：
“The FOOTNOTE statement that has the largest number appears on the bottom line. Re-defining a footnote line cancels any higher-numbered footnote lines. ”这里什么叫用re-defining cancel higher-numbered footnote?

关键词：footnote note foot FOO not following report

因为最后定义最高级别为2（footnote2 ‘All Products’;），所以程序只识别到这一级别。
一个footnoten已知的注脚行会覆盖当前注脚行并删除前面大于等于n的注脚，也就是re-defining cancel higher-numbered footnote

不错，F3,F4就被cancel掉了吗
