I don't know about it.But you can write your code to be a R package, then next when you wanna use it, just call the function.

The answer is no. Ant the reason is simple. The majority of R codes are quite small, and R is a freeware. There is no need to complile a small file especially when it is very easy to install the software without any charge. 简単的說沒有需求
