the total annual number of graduated M.B.A.,  the more the cheaper.

the total number of business school qualified to produce M.B.A,  the more the cheaper.

the total number of business entities who wants to boost its development, the more the expensive.

the legislation environment of the undeveloped nation, the higher requirement. the higher demand will be.

the average quality of M.B.A in a nation, the higher the expensive.

the total number of EMBA within a nation, the more the cheaper.

the tuition of a qualified M.B.A program,   the higher the lesser, the expensive.

the integrity level of average business man in a nation, the higher the cheaper.

可能会有一点，但是，不大，两个学习的对象还是有差别的
