<p>科研需要计算两独立样本（两组样本数不同）t检验或者方差检验的样本量，需要较权威的样本量计算。请高手指点。</p><p>1、计算公式，但能表明出处以便引用</p><p>2、软件</p><p>目前看到的软件有SASA和SPSS的samplepower，到网上逛了半天也没有下载到。不知道SPSS 15.0软件包有没有整合samplepower？</p>

你搜索g-power，这个软件非常棒，不仅仅计算样本量，还有第几类错误都有注明，我们一般都只看a，还有b值呢。呵呵
