启明维创投资咨询（上海）有限公司简称启明创投(Qiming Venture Partners)于2006年2月成立，总部设立在上海，致力成为一家领先的风险投资企业，与美国的Ignition Partners一起，专注于中国的科技领域风险投资。启明的合伙人都是优秀的商业领袖和风险投资家，在中国和美国都拥有丰富的经营运作经验。

Qiming Venture Partners invests in young, fast-growing companies across China in the Internet and consumer ("Intersumer"), healthcare, IT，and clean technology sectors. We’re an early to growth stage venture capital firm with offices in Shanghai, Beijing, Suzhou and Hong Kong. Since our debut in 2006, we’ve established ourselves as a leading investment firm in China and currently has four USD funds and three RMB funds with over $1.7 billion in assets.
