<p>1、在ETHICS NOTES的24页"information from recognized financial and statistical reporting services need not to be cited"中的recognized financial and statistic services&nbsp; 比较完整的理解是什么。</p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 在EXAMPLE中，“a member useds definitions he found online for such terms as variance and&nbsp; coefficient of variation in preparing marketing material”的解释是“even though these are standard terms,use the work of others word for word is plagiarism”</p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 有点不大理解，那专有名词，从网上找的解释，就不能引用，非得自己重新用语言解释一番么？</p><p></p>

假如作为一个交易员，可以分享客户交易手续费的提成，如果他为了挣取足够多的手续费提成，拼命的交易，也就是传说中期货外汇中的“炒单”，到最后交易员得到的手续费提成比客户盈利还多，算不算不道德呢？还是说，只要比客户盈利少，就是道德的呢？还是说，提前有约定就道德，没有约定就不道德呢？[em09][em09][em09]

请能不能把原文的出处说的清楚些，这样我们可以对照原文来理解。大意是应该继续跟踪（研究）这个股票，并保持买入的评级。
