BCG Shanghai office, one of our Greater China locations, is seeking top performers to join the Summer Associate Program. This program is designed for individuals who are interested in an exciting career in management consulting after graduation, and would like to spend the summer exploring more about the life
as a BCG consultant. During this 6- to 8-week summer program, you will work full-time as part of a consulting team, solve real and challenging business problems, and have extensive interaction with a group of high-caliber professionals who might be your future colleagues.

Candidates should possess the following attributes:
3rd year undergraduate student, or penultimate year graduate school
student with an outstanding academic record
Demonstrated leadership capabilities and teamwork skills

Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and
