这本书能帮大家梳理一下“个人”或者“自己”这个概念，与工作动机、性格和未来发展的关系。毕竟每当我们提到组织行为学中的动机理论、性格区分（Big Five）这些概念的时候，我们都不可避免的应用了“自我”的一些概念——因为动机、性格等等都是以一个人为中心而衍生出来的概念。希望这本书对大家有所帮助，也欢迎大家留言一起讨论。
