我看高鸿业的《西方经济学》到了IS-LM曲线。他上面说了一句话，“在IS曲线和LM曲线的交点处所形成均衡国民收入不是充分就业的国民收入”，但他又没有解释为什么。
我看过了一个版本的《经济学》，是斯坦福的泰勒写的，内容太了，连IS-LM模型也不介绍。
这书太厚了，我还没有看到后面的劳动市场，可能后面会解释。但我想先知道。

我只给你一个简单的回答，均衡有可能是低水平的状态，而且有长期与短期之分。多看书就会明白的。

首先高鸿业的书是应用凯恩斯的理论，而凯的理论告知我们在均衡点的右边才是充分就业点，此模型是非充分均衡就业点。

我觉得就是没有涉及到劳动力市场的均衡，所以未必是充分就业的均衡状态。
因为均衡是特殊的状态，而不均衡是常态。

full employment 是指 natrual level of output or potential outpul的情况下，也就是中长期的均衡，简单说是intersection of AS-AD model
IS-LM model just implies the domestic goods and money market equilibrium, which can be achieved in the short run under the assumption of sticky price. As price adjusts, in the medium run, however, output will approch to the natrual level.

IS and LM are the equilibrium of goods market and monetary market, but the human resource market maybe not be fully employed equlibrium on this point.

islm model deal with the equlibrium of goods and money market, study the employment rate you can construct the labour market combine with the islm model, in short run perfect market the unemployment rate and 1 which is fully employed, that's because the wage curve set and price curve set, however the unemployment is voluntory, in imperfect market ther are a proportion of involuntory unemployment rate that the economists mostly focus¬`¬
