Install SAS 9.13 in Vista:

So much times trying to install SAS on Vista, and got success now. 
I like share my experience with other people. 


You need use program Compatibility Wizard:


Start/Control Panel/Program/Use an older program with this version of Windows
click Next, choose "I want to choose the program manually";
click Next, choose your setup.exe file;
Click Next, choose Windows XP (SP2) as a compatibale mode;
click Next, choose display mode, you can ignore this step;
click Next, select "Run this program as an administrator.";
Click Next, compatibility wizard will run the "setup.exe",
you need click install SAS, then run update check, after update
       finishing, the install will start. Last step, you need choose
       "setup disk", it means select "the parent fold".
