Hi everybody,

I am a student from Azerbaijan (ex Soviet country located in Caucasus) and as far as I understood (thanks to google's language tools) It is possible to download econometric packages such as Winrats 6 from this wonderful site. If I am not wrong I need to earn som points (called "money") to access the download links.

Could anybody explain in English how to easily earn this "money" to access the download link or could anybody send me a download link for winrats. Your help will be much appreciated. The easiest way would be ofcourse to ask admins to grant me access but I do not no how to do it :-)
