We used logistic regression to determine the odds of comorbidity between any two of the five major types of disorder  anxiety,ADHD, depression, oppositional defiant, and conduct disorders)while adjusting for the others.

At a univariate level, children with anxiety, depression,ADHD, or conduct or oppositional disorder all had significantly increased odds of having another major type of disorder. Figure 3 demonstrates the strength of the adjusted associations between the five main categories of disorder. After adjusting for the presence of other disorders, there was no longer a significant association
between ADHD and either anxiety (odds ratio 0.8, 95% CI 0.5–1.8) or depression (odds ratio 1.3, 95% CI 0.6–3.1), between anxiety and conduct disorder (odds ratio 1.8, 95% CI 0.9–3.7), or between depression and oppositional defiant disorder (odds ratio 1.8, 95% CI 0.8–4.4).

粗略的看了一下，不晓得楼主的意思是不是这个意思哈
其实就是把五种DISORDER作为作为一个自变量纳入LOGISTIC回归模型
然后将DISORDER的五种类型设置4个哑变量
将其中一个作为参考哑变量进行两两比较
如果做的话，就是看你的哑变量设置的参照哑变量如何选择吧
如果有不同意见的，请跟帖，大家一起交流学习

基本同意楼上的，但似乎结果还有做单变量和多变量回归吧
