license要8万人民币。但小妹暗示我说我可以装到其他机器上也没有问题。

I know a bank pays 6 million us dollars for license fee per year.

SAS的某些模块可以规整规整用某些主机(大型机？)上......

国内几百万买个小型机，几百万整个SAS还是很普遍的......

It's for sure.

SAS的某些模块可以规整规整用某些主机(大型机？)  You need to get an account from IT department of company and get permission to access the server.  Then login  the server and do all activities in the access rights of a combination of W, R, X.
You need intranet or internet  to help you.

SAS just counts copies or clients to determine the price like other companies Mathematica(expensive), Matlab(cheaper), Oracle.

Single PC SAS (like you talked), it counts numbers of machine. You should pay for every machine. Also different packages cost different. For example,  Genetics package, even in research hospital or universities, you need to spend more than $1000US for each copy for only this package.

As I know it's much cheaper for universities license than that bought  in the name of  individuals.  I think they can negotiate with SAS company.

By the way, what  guys in the upstair talked about is absolutely ILLEGAL in here. Company will get big troubles.
