Brief Introduction
producing design products, mostly metal products, for export to Europe.
This company is 100 % owned by Mr.&Mrs.Meertens.
At present this company has only one client, the Dutch company Clou BV (http://www.clou.nl). In future Sahreva will have more export clients.
Also we are planning to produce for home market China.
Position 1
Office Manager
- A 'spider in the web' who can take care for optimum communication between our office in The Netherlands and our team in China.
- An official who is quick learning and intelligent. He/ she should speak and write perfect English language.
- He/She must be pro-active towards eventual upcoming problems.
- He/She will be the assistant from our Plant manager in China, but also she will be the assistant from our team in The Netherlands.
- Follow up our orders and to coordinate our requests. Also he/she should take care that requests from The Netherlands office will be answered correct, complete and in time.
- As Clou is buying products also from other suppliers as Sahreva, the 'spider' should keep contact with these suppliers and he/she should assist our manager in dealing with the supplier in order Clou will receive orders complete and in time.
- Bable to communicate by e-mail, fax, Skype and telephone.
- Good computer programs such as Windows and MS Office.
Position 2
Coordinator Product development
For this job we are looking for a European educated guy who has studied product development in Delft or in Eindhoven and who wants to return to China starting to learn practice in business. Important for this job is the candidate should understand as well Western (Dutch) as Chinese mentality.
As we started just after Spring Festival, this year, with our activities inside Sahreva ltd, also for this job we are looking for a 'spider in the web' who is willing to learn much and fast.
The candidate has to guide the product starting from approval of design until finished product in 'mass' production.
Tasks:
- Daily communication with Clou office In The Netherlands.
- Prototyping and adjusting the product (make the design suitable for prototype / production)
- Interpretation designs.
- Analyzing the difficulties together with the team in China.
- Judging what producer is the best one for producing the item.
- Sourcing of the right producer.
- Guiding the producer during first production + inspection of the first come out.
- Teaching inspectors how to inspect the finished products.
- In the beginning the candidate has to follow up all products made of many different materials.
(Info: Clou is selling exclusive and high quality design products; many items, low quantity per production lot) - Later we will hire more specialist Product Developers. The candidate we are looking now has to manage these future developers.
- The candidate will be also responsible for the graphical technical components from the product:
- Product ID stickers
- Manuals
- Etc.
- Many other tasks that will come up as soon the work starts.
Requirements:
- Engineer Product Development Eindhoven or Delft.
- Perfect English in writing and speaking.
- Capable to 'build a bridge' between Dutch and Chinese culture.
- Prepared to start as a beginner growing to a manager in the future.
- Prepared to learn and to listen to our team in The Netherlands and to our Plant manager in China.
- Software: - Solid Works - Vray - Technical drawings 2D / 3D - Microsoft Office - Skype - PC + MAC.
- Accurate.
- Pro-active towards possible upcoming problems.
