主要就是考虑到资本流动下对国家经济的影响，同时考虑到汇率，资本，贸易等影响一国的财政政策，货币政策，是标准的开放经济模型

简单讲，芒德尔－弗莱明模型就是开放经济的IS－LM模型，可以参考曼昆的宏观经济学

可是，在张一弛编著的《宏观经济分析》－理论与政策

一书中，并没有告诉我这个公式的名字，结果考研，光华管理学院的，试题中有，我没答上。

Mundell-Flemming model is in small open economy, it doesnot work in big economy like US

Mundell Flemming model is a similar version of IS-LM model. The only difference is IS-LM is analyzed in closed economy.

Mundell flemming model analyze the relationship between expenditure function and output, exchange rate and output

the change of expenditure function is due to trade balance NX, etc

蒙代尔—弗莱明模型(Mundell-Flemming Model)：蒙代尔与弗莱明进一步扩展了米德对外开放经济条件下不同政策效应的分析，说明了资本是否自由流动以及不同的汇率制度对一国宏观经济的影响，因而被称为蒙代尔—弗莱明模型。

蒙代尔—弗莱明模型的基本结论是：货币政策在固定汇率下对刺激经济毫无效果，在浮动汇率下则效果显著；财政政策在固定汇率下对刺激机经济效果显著，在浮动汇率下则效果甚微或毫无效果。蒙代尔在后来的一篇文章“资本流动和国家相对大小”中将数学模型推广到整个世界经济，首先证明了在固定汇率下货币政策的效果并没有完全丧失，相反，货币政策效果传递到国外；其次证明了在浮动汇率下（以及资本完全流动）采择怀念感政策效果并没有丧失，而是传递到世界其他地区。

蒙代尔自己认为，要对蒙代尔—弗莱明模型的应用有所限定，模型的结论并非不可避免，它们并不适用于所有国家。蒙代尔—弗莱明模型应用最好的三个国家是世界上最大的三个经济体：美国、日本和德国，它们拥有强大的货币。这绝非偶然。三国不仅是世界上最大的三个经济体，而且是最富裕的三个经济体，拥有最发达的资本市场。它们实施财政扩张时的各种条件，都能够保持货币紧缩。很少有发展中国家（如果有的话）适合同样的结论。原因之一是：发展中国家实施财政扩张时，通常都伴随着银根放松和外部投机资本对本国货币的冲击。对许多发展中国家来说，货币政策和财政政策没有多大区别。原因是：首先，这些国家没有以本国货币交易的发达资本市场，第二，紧跟财政赤字之后，很快就出现货币扩张。蒙代尔个人不用蒙代尔—弗莱明式的国际宏观经济模型莱分析发展中国家的经济问题.

The Mundell–Fleming model makes one important and extreme assumption:

it assumes that the economy being studied is a small open economy with

perfect capital mobility.That is, the economy can borrow or lend as much as it

wants in world financial markets and, as a result, the economy’s interest rate is

determined by the world interest rate. One virtue of this assumption is that it

simplifies the analysis: once the interest rate is determined, we can concentrate

our attention on the role of the exchange rate. In addition, for some

economies, such as Belgium or the Netherlands, the assumption of a small

open economy with perfect capital mobility is a good one.Yet this assumption—

and thus the Mundell–Fleming model—does not apply exactly to a

large open economy such as the United States. In the conclusion to this chapter

(and more fully in the appendix), we consider what happens in the more

complex case in which international capital mobility is less than perfect or a

nation is so large it can influence world financial markets
