Requirements:
-Hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Business, Social Science and 6-8 years experience in a computing or information science oriented area. Master degree is preferable;
-Has excellent people and project management, organizational, analytical and technical skills;
-Demonstrated proficiency in programming in SAS, Easytrieve, COBOL, SQL, PEARL, or JAVA;
-Demonstrated ability in managing a multitude of projects and requests of varying degrees of complexity;
-Has a commitment to provide a high degree of customer service to both internal and external clients;
-Has the ability to actively listen, interview and apply information from meetings to complete assigned tasks;
-Has excellent cognitive and mathematical aptitude;
-Has strong interpersonal, presentation, written and verbal communication skills.
