小论文选题求助——管理伦理

各位大侠高手，我是人力资源管理专业的研究生，打算写有关管理伦理方向的实证性小论文，现在苦于找不到切入点选题，不知大家有没有研究这方面的，有没有好的切入点建议！给些选题参考！或者告知目前国内外研究热点，或者有没有好的综述文章推荐的。一经采用即给论坛币。多谢！

应该和你的需求有一定关系，另外我刚才搜了一下，Human Resource Management Review 里面还有很多这个主题的文章，你可以登录到sciencedirect这个数据库 Human Resource Management review的journal下用关键字ethics 或者 moral principle一搜就好了。
