面对收入差距，对于解决这个问题的关键有三大核心：财税改革，社会保障、工资增长。这三个问题相辅相成，对于国营企业的红利进行上缴的政策，同时限定他们的收入，在财政方面的改革从而减小差距，把他们上缴的红利作为**的转移性支出作为国民的社会保障支出；对于私营企业而言，要实现对工资的增长，那么国家就应该对财税改革，使得企业有更多的利润，从而才有工资增长的基础。但是这个方面有个事件就是，企业如果得到了更多的利益，企业是否真的用于了增长工人的工资呢？这三个方面才是解决社会分配差距的核心问题之所在。

Disagree. A systematical review of the existing policy and institution designs and the so called "market-driven economy" should be undertaken in great depth. Without an improved formula for a strategic and sustainable development, the gap between the rich and the poor can HARDLY be abridged.

In reality there are some theoretical and practical bits missing in Xiaoping's opening up and reform policy: the past three decades have witnessed a minority of people getting super-rich over night in China; however, the expected demonstration and mentoring effects from the aforementioned rich group are yet to be explored. Would it be possible for the rich to take the initiative to narrow the income gap? How can the rich lead the poor? Admittedly, following the free market logic, the rich are "economic man" and not stupid at all. As a matter of factor, no rich Chinese are the material of philanthropists, tested by Bill Gates and Warren Buffet's visit months ago.     

Given that it is not easy for the rich to "share" the wealth and the feeling of welfare to the community, the gap can only be diminished by the poor.  Chen ** believes that Chinese people are working too hard to becoming rich. Comparatively speaking, the cross nations comparison affirms that Chinese people are among the most efficient groups in the world and can easily become rich in other countries. What is going on wrong with the enviornment in China? The poor need to think about it and the politicians "been elected or nominated" merits further investigation of such matter. What are the potential sources for the rich to get rich from being poor, from the historical perspective? The transfering of sources and wealth from the poor to the rich? The transfering of wealth from the nation to the rich? or money came from the foreigners' pocket?

To sum up, I do believe that it is more important to identify the problem than providing a hasty solution. In my personal experience, I have not got a chance to vote for a "representative" since I was eligible to vote 8 years ago, nobody really cares whether I need to vote or not. In most of the federal system democracies, people will get fined if not assuming their voting rights. Thus, voting becomes another interesting issue, but not a problem yet.
