你有些语法错误。abstract里面有run-on sentence, 正文中也是。你提到了Kane and Rouse (1995). 他们也是用OLS吗?如果他们的estimation method和你的完全相同,我倒觉得可以明示,以减少别人对endogeneity的疑问。
要尽量少用一些口语化的句子,比如说“I established couple of models..." 你可以把他们称作different specifications; couple of... 大家只有在说话的时候才用。
还有,不同老师可能要求不同,不过写paper 经常用present tense. 比如说你的paper里 "Carneiro and Heckman (2005) argued that those who from more-advantaged families have a higher marginal return to school." 我觉得大多数时候间的应该是 "Carnerio and Heckman (2005) argue that those who (come) from..."
如果老师没有页数限制的话,你可以多讲讲variables. 我不是说多解释summary statistics, 而是要讲讲你怎么同时有total number of credits (这里还有2-year credits and 4-year credits) 和 highest degree obtained. 我读的有点迷惑。
你可以把结果put into context.比如说,看你的regression 2: hourly wage rises by 8.5% for a female if she obtains an additional 30 credits from JC, and rises by 4.5% for a male if he obtains an additional 30 credits from JC. 这是什么概念?female 的平均工资是多少,上涨8.5%后又是多少, male呢?
