Moran‘s I 计算空间相关性的时候，设定空间权重矩阵为一个二指矩阵，即相邻为1，不相邻为0，那么是否可以将空间邻接关系进一步细分为空间距离矩阵呢？但这样的空间权重矩阵就违背了Moran‘s I 等很多计算的基础，是否有其他的变通途径，或者这一而值设定并未必要呢？求高人解答。

as for the moran index, it is criticall depend on the weight , the weight can be differ on different scale, it can be binary, or it can be based on the distance. the distance maybe the geo distance or the economic and social distance.
to be clear:
1 moran is only a index, it is based on spatial weight
2. You can derive the spatial weight as you like , it can based on the coordinates or based on the trade volume  of interregion variables, such as the heighway distance.

看你要做的事空间计量的什么模型啦。如果是面板模型的话，ELHORST在panel data里面提出了集中新的weighted matrix 的构造方法。可以参考一下

0-1矩阵是空间加权矩阵的一种选择，Moran's I或者其它检验没有明确要求必须是0-1矩阵，只要符号一定的条件即可。可以参考kelejian等人关于Moran's I的研究。
