In the mainstream motor, DC motor market share has been growing, the market competitiveness and development prospects are far better than the AC motor; DC motor of this new design will become the inevitable. Moreover, due to product development, necessarily have design principles; the principle of a new product design is the development of technology, relative to assist other departments, meanwhile entire follow-up development of new products. Development is based on the original motor foundation, designed mainly concentrated in the areas of motor and the internal PCB ASSY part of the rotor design. Compared with other parts, the mold development engineering quite is big; the development of the proceeds also has certain risks. Therefore, the mold development will not be incorporated in the design, mainly is newly casts the material in the electrical machinery outer covering design the investment use or not and the advanced material technology union, at the same time, we should consider the cost and compliance with ROHS regulations. This thesis talked about the DC motor structure and the basic tenets of the entire product development process. Through this process also may be a preliminary understanding product performance history, understand the DC electrical machinery some principles of work and the performance.
