In the informationization time, the computer already entered the various trades and occupations, simultaneously also promoted various trades and occupations' development, therefore, looked like the before manual operation already not to be possible to take. The company staff individual information management system's computer software development is imperative, how to use the advanced management tool, enhances the enterprise staff information management the level, is a topic which the society faces now. Raises the business management level, must raise the business management consciousness omni-directionally. Only then high standard, the high grade management can meet enterprise's development need. Facing information age's challenge, uses the high tech method to enhance the enterprise staff information management is an effective way without doubt. In some sense, the information and the science and technology appear more and more important status in the business management and the modernization. The staff manages the aspect the informationization and the scientific style, has become the modernization living standard to march into the high stair's important symbol.
