So, we need to autotrack the relevant cloud platforms and move the system at the same time. This thesis has introduced pattern process and current situation of the development of basic conception and digital picture process system of analysing, and through summarize different period cloud current situation , demand and overall to design , TV station of tracking system, put forward TV station intellectual solution that device combine together , recognition technology of picture and cloud of autotracking. Have introduced the picture treatment technology picture recovering , picture strengthening and pattern recognition method , combine with Matlab neural network technology , realize whom picture follow networked and intelligent. This thesis has explained especially that shuts the application among the picture recognition systems and realizes in the picture tracking system in pattern process and recognition technology.
