肝炎病人的生活指导
摘 要
研究背景
当前，我国护理工作正在迅猛发展，护理工作的职能、任务、护理模式都在不断发展、提高，整体护理在我院已普遍展开。而生活指导是整体护理的组成部分，在整体护理中起着重要作用。随着整体护理的推广和应用，生活指导在护理工作中的优越性也越来越明显。肝炎是一种常见的传染病，病程一般比较缓慢，病人住院时间长.并发症多，病人因其疾病的特殊性，对其心理及家属的心理都有负面心理的影响。生活指导在肝炎病人的护理中能减轻或消除患者的负面心理影响，促进疾病康复
研究目的
探讨生活指导在慢性乙型肝炎出院患者中的作用。
研究方法
将200例乙型肝炎出院患者分为实验组和对照组，对实验组在饮食休息生活方式、心理卫生、用药上实行生活指导，对照组未实行生活指导，比较两组之间肝功能情况。。
研究结果
实验组肝功能正常人数明显多于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（p<0.01）。。
结论
通过生活指导，有效使慢性乙型肝炎患者完全遵从健康行为，保持肝功能稳定，避免不良预后的发生。

Objectives
The guidance of life in patients with chronic hepatitis B in the role of hospital
Methods
200 patients were divided into experimental and control groups, the experimental group a rest in the diet lifestyle, mental health, drug use, on the implementation of life guidance, life guidance to the implementation of the control group did not compare the situation between the two groups of liver function.
Results:
The number of normal liver function test group than control group, the difference was significant.
Conclusion
Guide through life, and effective in patients with chronic hepatitis B to fully comply with health behavior to maintain stable liver function, to avoid the occurrence of adverse outcome .
