谢谢分享。如果有好的公司组织架构能够适应这个大时代，就值得探索、借鉴和效仿。互联网时代+数字化+大数据，最典型的就是快。人脑跟不上这种节凑的，如果没有合适的架构，就算看到了商机，也可能由于流程、决策的延误而错过了，被其他公司抢占了先机。这个时代的创业者（大公司高层管理者或技术骨干）越是有庞大的人脉，越容易获得资金的支持，而创业的公司由于架构精简，管理者目标明确，越容易获得初期的巨大发展。
