本科毕业论文范文 摘 要 本次设计的主题是注塑机，注塑机是现代产品制造业中主要加工设备之一,是成型塑料制品的专用设备。近年来注塑机控制技术的飞跃发展为实现塑料制品的先进生产奠定了重要基础，塑料机械也正在蓬勃发展。本论文以此为背景，首先较详细地概述了现代注塑机工作原理，结构组成，然后着重介绍注塑机合模系统以及注塑系统，接着提出新机型设计的思路特别是对注塑系统与合模系统中不同类型的类比选择，最后确定设计方案，并完成两大系统的零部件设计。 关键词：注塑机 合模系统 注塑系统 零部件设计 Abstract This design theme is injection molding machine .Injection molding machine is one of the main equipment in modern manufacture industry, which is used to shape plastic products. In recent years, the control technique of the injection molding machine is developing by leaps and bounds, that lays a key foundation for the advanced manufacture for the plastic products and Plastic Machinery is also booming . That’s the background of this paper. Firstly, This paper gave a minute description of work principle of the injection molding machine, composition. Then, Focuses on systems as the plastic injection molding machine mold injection system the clamping mechanisms of injection molding machines. After that propose a new model design ideas, especially in Injection mold system systems and different types of analog option And the last design key components for plastic injection molding machine .
