Please confirm that before the contract is enteredinto, you have read the terms and conditions of this contract carefully andunderstand and accept such terms and conditions. Fully informed at the sametime, our company’s agent has informed you of the relevant information on theentry into of the “House Leasing Contract”.

2.  如您交予我公司经办入钱款，为了保障您的权益， 应要求我公司经办人开具带有我公司财务专用章的对应金额的收据， 此交款凭证为证明您交款的唯一凭证， 您应妥善保留好此交款凭证， 我公司不认可任何没有我公司财务专用章的收据或者收条。

Where you have handed over any money to our company’sagent, in order to guarantee your rights and interest, you shall require ourcompany’s agent to issue the voucher in the relevant amount and affixed withthe special seal of our company for finance. As the sole voucher for thepayment made by you, you shall keep such payment voucher properly.

3. 如您与我公司经办人签署任何关千合同条款外的约定， 均须以补允协议的方式确认， 并且须加盖我公司合同专用章方可生效

Any other agreement than the terms and conditions ofthe contract to be entered into between you and our company’s agent shall beconfirmed by means of the supplemental agreement, and shall not become validwithout the special seal of our company for contract.。
