A decade has passed since 9/11 attack, but the world structure didn’t change much. The US is still the primacy and it exerts influences on the rest countries unilaterally. But the depression from 2008 on hurts the US much and it is retrenching its military investment. Rising countries from Asia and Latin America are taking the power gradually, leaving the last decade a transitional period from a unipolar US to a multipolar world.
