<p>我公司与家乐福经历过几次谈判,对方有三个特点:</p><p>首先,80%谈判成果要到最后的20%时间达成;</p><p>其次,从不轻易让步,如果我方让步,必须同时对方有同等或更大程度的让步;</p><p>第三,随时准备终止谈判;而且越是重要的项目,他们越表现出不为所动的样子.</p><p>只有自己掌握自己的底线与原则,不为其所动,不乱了方寸,才能成功.</p>
