个人简介：

何芸，博士，清华大学电子工程系教授, Fellow of IEEE

1982年获哈尔滨工程大学（哈尔滨船舶工程学院）工学学士学位，1984年获上海交通大学工学硕士学位，1989年获比利时列日大学应用科学博士学位。研究兴趣包括视频信号编码理论和技术，视频编码器集成电路结构，以及三维视频图象处理和编码。

何芸博士是IEEE Fellow, 她担任IEEE电路与系统协会之图象信号处理和通信技术委员会委员(VSPC TC,2003-)，并担任这个技术委员会的秘书（2006-2008），及该技术委员会的主席（2008-2010）。她是IEEE电路与系统协会中电路与系统教育技术委员会(CASEO TC,2011-)成员，IEEE信号处理协会多媒体信号处理技术委员会成员(MMSP TC,2005-2008), IEEE信号处理协会图象和多维信号处理技术委员会成员(IVMSP TC,2012-2014), IEEE信号处理协会信号处理教育技术委员会成员(SPESC TC, 2012-)。她是PCS图象编码国际会议执委会成员（2001-）并任第25届PCS会议的大会共同主席（PCS2006）。她应邀为多个国际会议的组委会分项主席，如ICIP(2017),ICME(2007,2008), MMSP(2008), ISCAS(2007-2010), PCM(2001), VCIP(2005),和EUSIPCO(2012)。她是IEEE Transaction on CSVT期刊2007年Multiview Video Coding专刊， 2007年Journal of VLSI Signal Processing Systems期刊Hardware Implementation of Video Codec专刊，和IEEE Selected Topics in Signal Processing期刊2013年Video Coding: HEVC and beyond专刊的首席客座编辑。她是Journal of Visual Communication and Image Representation，Elsevier期刊编辑，和Journal of VLSI Signal Processing Systems, Springer期刊编辑。
