产业升级与自主创新能力构建——基于中国省际面板数据的实证研究IndustrialUpgradingandIndependentInnovationAbilityConstruction-----EmpiricalResearchBasedonChina＇sProvincialPanelData作 者：吴丰华刘瑞明http://edu.cqvip.com/images/gyzz.gifWUFeng-hua,LIURui-ming（SchoolofEconomicsandManagement,NorthwestUniversity,Xi＇an710069,China）机构地区：西北大学经济管理学院,陕西西安710069http://edu.cqvip.com/images/gyjg.gif出 处：《中国工业经济》CSSCI2013年第5期57-69页,共13页http://edu.cqvip.com/images/gyqk.gifChinaIndustrialEconomy基 金：陕西省社会科学基金项目“陕西省企业自主创新道路构建的政策调整研究”（批准号12D124）;陕西省教育厅项目“中国式分权激励下的政策调整与企业自主创新道路研究”（批准号12JK0152）.摘 要：自主创新对产业升级的促进作用毋庸置疑，但产业升级能否带动自主创新能力的提升？中国产业升级和自主创新能否实现携手并进？本文分析认为．产业升级可以通过微观需求拉动效应、中观地区协同效应、宏观国际贸易效应带动企业、地区、国家三个层面的自主创新。我们利用1997--2011年全国30个省份的平衡面板数据进行实证分析．研究结果表明：向第二、三产业升级能够有效带动自主创新能力提升；中国东部、中部、西部经济发展阶段的差异性导致了三大区域产业升级带动自主创新能力的差异性．东部第三产业带动自主创新的能力要强于第二产业，而中部、西部第三产业带动自主创新的能力要弱于第二产业：ZF介入经济程度、开放程度、投资增长速度、外商直接投资水平等控制变量对自主创新的影响也呈现区域差异性。在政策含义方面．要将自主创新融入产业升级过程中，在产业升级中提升企业、区域和国家的自主创新能力，就应在第二、三产业中选择重点产业进行支持，并兼顾中国东部、中部、西部的区域差异性。Abeyonddoubttruthisindependentinnovationpromotingeffectofindustrialupgrading.However,couldindustrialupgradingdriveindependentinnovationability？CouldChina＇sindustrialupgradingandindependentinnovationgoforwardhandinhand？Thispaperthinks,theindustrialupgradingcandriveenterprise,regionsandthecountry＇sindependentinnovationbymicrodemandpulleffect,mediumregionalsynergyeffectandmacrointernationaltradeeffect.BasedontheempiricalresearchofChina＇sprovincialbalancedpaneldatafrom1997to2011,wefoundthattheupgradinginthesecondandthirdindustrydrivetheindependentinnovationabilityeffectively.Thedifferentstagesofdevelopmentamongtheeast,middleandwestledtothedifferentabilitieswhichindustrialupgradingdriveindependentinnovationinthreeregions.Theabilityofthethirdindustrydrivingindependentinnovationabilitysurpassesthatofthesecondindustryintheeast,whileitisquitethecontraryinthemiddleandwest.Additionally,thestudyalsofoundthattheinfluenceofthosecontrolvariables,suchastheroleofgovernment,thedegreeofopeneconomy,thegrowthrateofinvestment,andthedegreeofforeigndirectinvestmenthaveregionaldifference.Attheconcretecountermeasures,inordertoimproveenterprise,regionsandthecountry＇scapacityforindependentinnovationintheprocessofindustryupgrading,weshouldsupportkeyindustriesinthesecondandthirdindustryandtaketheregionaldifferenceintoaccountatthesametime.关键词：产业升级自主创新固定效应回归模型平衡面板数据industrialupgrading;independentinnovation;regressionmodel;balancedpaneldata;分类号：F062.9[经济>经济学>经济学分支科学]http://edu.cqvip.com/images/gby.gif

Thresholdlinkagesbetweenvolatilityandtradingvolume:evidencefromdevelopedandemergingmarketsAuthorInfo：JawadiFredjUreche-RangauLoredanaAbstractThispaperstudiesvolatilitydynamicsandprovidesfurtherinsightsintoitsrelationshipwithtradingvolume.Inparticular,weexaminewhethertradingvolumeissignificantlyinformativeforinvestorswhenattemptingtoapprehendpotentialchangesinvolatilitydynamics,andhence,intheevolutionofmarketrisk.Tothisend,weapplyrecentnonlinearmodelingtools,namelySwitchingTransitionRegression(STR)modelsthatarerobusttoasymmetryandnonlinearityaswellasTARCHmodelstocheckforthenatureoftransitionbetweenvolatilityregimes.Ourfindingsshowthatvolatilitydynamicsexhibitnonlinearityandswitchingregimesforwhichthetransitionissmoothratherthanabrupt.Furthermore,oneregimeisassociatedwithlowvolatilityandaweakrelationshipwithtradingvolumewhileinthesecondregime,thecausalityrelationshipisstrongerandvolatilityishigh.Thepaper’snoveltyistoshowthatnotonlydoestradingvolumecontributetoexplainingmarketvolatility,butalsothatthechangeinvolatilitydynamicsisperformedthroughthechangeinitsrelationshipwithtradingvolume.
